Our mission is to support, prepare, and connect emerging community leaders to positively impact the Greater Houston Area. Since our inception in 2010 the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network – Houston (YNPN-Houston) has brought dedicated young nonprofit professionals and do-gooder for-profit professionals together to network, volunteer and raise awareness and money for great causes.

YNPN 3.0
Over the past 15 years, YNPN has not only grown to be one of the most powerful models in a generation for helping young people build sustainable careers in the sector, we see now that our local leadership model has also proven to be a critical space for awakening untapped leaders to their agency and giving them a chance to exercise those muscles.
YNPN 3.0 is about systematically building out our network infrastructure so that we can better leverage the existing power of the network and make the critical opportunities that YNPN already provides accessible to a greater number and more diverse range of mission-driven young people.
